We build focused software for specific industries — EdGrove for schools, MedGrove for dental clinics — each self-hosted on infrastructure we operate ourselves, not a third-party cloud.

How do I get started?

There's no self-serve signup today — tell us what you run and we'll walk you through onboarding directly.

Is my data safe?

Each product runs on infrastructure we operate ourselves, with encryption in transit and at rest and role-based access control. See Privacy for exactly what we collect and how it's used — we don't use ad-tracking, and analytics is cookieless and aggregate-only.

What's actually live in EdGrove today?

Gateway (admissions — enquiry through enrolment) and Dziennix (Polish compliance register). We only list a module here once it's live — the rest of the school day (records, timetabling, attendance) is on the roadmap. See what's live →

How is EdGrove priced?

Per-student annual pricing for independent schools, volume pricing for federations and groups, and tailored deployments for larger organisations. We quote based on your school's size rather than publishing a flat number — tell us your size and we'll quote it plainly.

Is EdGrove GDPR-compliant?

Yes — EU-hosted and GDPR-compliant, encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), with per-school database isolation and SSO/MFA support.

Is MedGrove live anywhere yet?

Yes — Dental Zone in Tirana is the first clinic running real scheduling and patient records on MedGrove.

What makes MedGrove different from a generic booking system?

It tracks a multi-visit case (consult → surgery → healing → crown → recall) as one pipeline, not disconnected bookings — built implant-first.

How do I onboard my clinic?

Onboarding is hands-on today, not self-serve — tell us about your clinic and we'll set it up directly.
