Dziennix

Your data, any format, converted into the Polish Ministry of Education (MEN) format: e-register XML, certificates and grade sheets.

Dziennix: your data, any format, converted into the MEN-recognised format

Available now

Schools in Poland must provide an official electronic register, certificates and grade sheets in the formats recognised by MEN (the Polish Ministry of Education). Dziennix lets an international school keep using its own system: upload what it already produces, analyse and adjust the data, and export it in the MEN-recognised archive format. No double entry and no second system to run.

What Dziennix does

Your system stays, Dziennix converts

  • Keep running your own school system. Dziennix is not a second system for staff to operate.
  • Upload the exports your system produces. Today that means CSV and XLSX reports and attendance; Dziennix recognises what is what and assembles a consistent class from them.

Analyse before anything is printed

  • Every section is checked, with a section-by-section verification view.
  • Mandatory gaps, which block the export, are flagged separately from recommended gaps.

Adjust inside Dziennix

  • Review and complete the data in Dziennix, not back in your source system.
  • Classes, staff and semester mapping managed in one place.

Export what MEN recognises

  • The official register XML, validated against the MEN XSD (the MEN-recognised archive format), with an official HTML rendering for reading it the way an inspector would.
  • End-of-year certificates (świadectwa) printed on the official MEN form.
  • The official archival grade sheet (arkusz ocen).
  • All of them reuse the same data, with no re-entry.

Works with your existing system

SchoolBase

Available today: import from SchoolBase exports.

Slate

Coming: Slate lessons, attendance and grades will feed Dziennix directly.

Other systems

Upload the export your system produces. Further source adapters are planned as schools need them.

How it works

  1. Upload your data: the export your current school system produces.
  2. Analyse: Dziennix checks every section and flags mandatory and recommended gaps.
  3. Adjust: review and complete the data inside Dziennix.
  4. Export: the MEN-validated register XML, official certificates and the archival grade sheet.

Who it is for

International and bilingual schools operating in Poland that want to keep their own system and still meet Polish requirements: registrars, school administrators and leaders.

You upload the data or export your current system produces. Today that means CSV and XLSX reports and attendance, with SchoolBase exports supported and Slate and further adapters planned.
No. You keep your own system. Dziennix converts its data into the MEN-recognised format, so there is no double entry.
Yes. Dziennix flags mandatory gaps, which block the export, and recommended gaps, and you complete the data inside Dziennix before anything is printed.
