EdGrove is our modular school-management suite. Schools start with the module they need most, usually admissions or Polish compliance with Dziennix, and switch on more as they grow. Every module shares one sign-in, one set of school data and the school’s own branding and terminology.

EdGrove is designed with international schools in Poland in mind: multi-campus structures, academic-year rollovers, per-school currency and terminology, and compliance with Polish register rules. Groups of schools can be run from one console.
Gateway (admissions) and Dziennix (conversion to the Polish e-register and official documents) are live. Student records, timetabling, fees, communication and the learning platform are in development and will be switched on as they are released.
No. Each module works on its own, so you can start with admissions or Dziennix and add more later without migrating again.
Yes. Your logo, colours and terminology are configured per school, and parents and staff only ever see your school's branded sign-in.
Each school is a separate tenant with its own isolated data, hosted in Europe and backed up regularly.
